During the practice of Chi Kung you are alone, there in the silence it is just you, your breathing and the steady, rythmic movement of your body. During the silence and the motion of the Chi Kung there is nowhere else where you can be, mentally and physically you must relax and be present. As you inhale and exhale, move and relax during your Chi Kung, you not only go to a quiet place, a quiet place comes to you. In the quiet, feeling completely present, you have a unique opportunity, the opportunity to listen.
Inside the listening, you may hear your intuition, a voice often neglected, one that one must listen to more often and trust and in that clearing perhaps you will find direction and goals, intent and opportunity.......for yourself, your family.
In practicing Chi Kung and the silence that follows, you may find a quiet sense of presence that remains with you, a feeling of connectedness between the mental, emotional, spiritual and the physical.
When this occurs, usually after a few months of consistent daily practice, you shift from simply practicing Chi Kung to experiencing it in your daily life.
