Our Chi for Health© Chi Kung Programs
Chi for Health© has designed some wonderful and unique Chi Kung programs for One Day and Multi Day Spa/Retreat type settings. Rather than focusing on teaching as much Chi Kung as possible, we believe in an approach that focuses on fundamentals. We also share testimonials of participants from earlier programs. To realize the greatest benefit, most of our programs are taught in the morning.
One Day Chi for Health© Chi Kung Programs (60 minutes)
We teach a 60 minute Chi Kung program for single day visits to a Spa or Retreat. Your clients will learn a fundamental exercise including therapeutic Chi Kung breathing, movement and theory. We will be available after our program to answer any questions they may have. Our hope is that your clients will enjoy learning Chi Kung, immediately feel the energizing benefits of the exercise and will continue to practice this ancient art in the privacy of their own homes. Included in the cost of the One Day Chi for Health© Chi Kung program is a complimentary Chi for Health© instructional DVD for your client to take with them. We will also provide a comfortable Chi for Health© T shirt to your clients as well.
Multi-Day Chi for Health© Chi Kung Programs (90 minutes)
We teach a 90 minute program each day for Spa/Retreat stays of two days or more. With the opportunity to teach clients for two or more days, we expand the explanation of whichever program we are teaching. We value your clients, and will be available after our program to answer any questions they may have. We also want your clients to be able to repeat our program correctly when they return home from their stay at your Spa/Retreat so we provide a copy of our instructional DVD. We also provide a soft, stylish Chi for Health© T Shirt to every client who attends our program.
Chi Kung in depth; ideal for Muti Day Retreats (3 hours)
Our three hour in depth Chi Kung program is ideal as a complete morning or afternoon session during multi day retreats. Our instructors explain clearly and with detail any one of our three wonderful programs. This program is designed in three 50 minutes sections with a 10 minute break between sections. Section one explains the exercise and answers questions. Section two practices the exercise and offers corrections to posture or breathing and section three focuses on how to incorporate the program into daily life.
